• The Melbourne restaurant is the fourth in a chain of Fifteen restaurants opened by Jamie Oliver, with the previous locations being London, Amsterdam and Cornwell.
• Donates an undisclosed percentage of profits to the charity Fifteen Foundation Australia.
• The restaurant is primarily run by trainees recruited from the disadvantaged youth of Melbourne, not necessarily with hospitality backgrounds.
• The current group of trainees is due to graduate from Fifteen in September 2007.
